BioDivide was founded in 2015 by Erik Miljan. Expertise based in human medicine easily transferred over to animal health and wellbeing. In 2018, we achieved GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) approval by the VMD (Veterinary Medicines Directorate) and established

CEO & Founder

Erik graduated with a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Hong Kong in 1999. He has over 25 years experience in the biochemistry field and in the clinical development of stem cell therapies. He created BioDivide in 2015 in pursuit of achieving his scientific and business aspirations. He hopes to promote natural healing and improve overall quality of life through the development of cell therapies and biologics.

Erik is registered as a QP (Qualified Person) in the EU and an RP (Responsible Person) for Good Distribution Practice (GDP). Erik also offers consultancy services through SimplyCells Ltd and is a visiting professor at King’s College London.

StemPlan is a product we offer, providing cell therapy to companion animals. This includes (but is not limited to) dogs, cats and horses.

Natasha graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2024 with a BSC in Biomedical Science. She is a research scientist.
